We're pre-revenue. A dozen products sit at ~90% done — unshipped, unadvertised, waiting to earn. Until money comes in, we can't pay wages, and we won't pretend otherwise. If you need a paycheck right now, this isn't the moment — and that's completely fair.
Revenue share + attribution
What we can offer today: a real share of revenue and public credit. Your name is on what you help ship. When a product earns, the people who built it earn with it.
Paid by receipts
Comp tracks contribution. More work and better results earn a bigger share — measured on output and outcomes, not hours or politics — up to a cap, so it stays fair across the team.
Most of it gets reinvested
Revenue funds compute, tools, launches and open-source runway before it funds anyone's lifestyle. We're building an engine, not draining one. The upside comes when it's real.
